Cook from these recipes freely. Do not republish them wholesale. Updated 19 September 2026.
Using the recipes
Bake them, halve them, double them, feed them to whoever you like, cook them commercially if you want to. A recipe's list of ingredients and quantities is not something anyone can own, and we make no claim over yours.
What is ours is the writing, the photography and the films. Please do not copy the method text, the notes or the images onto another site. Linking to a recipe, or writing your own description of it and linking here, is always welcome.
Accuracy, and your kitchen
Every recipe is written as carefully as we can manage, but ovens vary, ingredients vary, and we are not standing next to you. Times and temperatures are a guide, so use your own judgement and cook things through.
Check ingredients against your own allergies and dietary needs. We cannot know them, and a recipe page is not a substitute for reading the packet.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from using it, including a cake that did not work. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot legally be limited.

Where we link to another site, that site is their responsibility, not ours.
